Hi and welcome to our luxury Bed & Breakfast, Lake Tekapo and Tekapo Escape, our self contained rental home. Both of which enjoy magnificent views overlooking Lake Tekapo and the surround spectacular visions of the Southern Alps. An oasis in the Mackenzie area, make time to relax and take in the tranquility and panoramic views, or join in the many activities to be had near Lake Tekapo. From a flight around Mt Cook to tramping Mt John or sitting in the hot pools to fishing in the Lake, your chose. Five minutes walk from the Tekapo village where you can pick up supplies or go to one of the many restaurants/cafes and bars. Only 1 ½ hrs from Mt Cook, great for that day trip, or if you want to have a break between traveling between Queenstown and Christchurch, we are about half way.
